#PushThru Recruiting Service
Mission & Vision
The mission and vision of #PushThru Recruiting Service is simple; we want to be the best at helping every high school basketball player find a place to play a the collegiate level. At each step of the recruiting process with our clients we deliver value, advice and expert point of view.

To accomplish this, we rely on five core principles that guide our recruiting strategy, behavior and relationships:
1. Basketball Skill Evaluation
Each client must have four (4) basketball skill evaluation done by one of our partnered trainers. This is to help determine where to focus recruiting based on the clients basketball skill sets.

2. Official High School Transcript
Each client must provide an official copy of their high school transcript. This is to help determine where to focus recruiting based on academic performance.

3. Awards and Accolades
Each client can provide a copy of any awards or accolades accomplished academically or athletically.

4. Resume
Based on the basketball skill evaluation, transcript, and any awards/accolades we will create a resume to present to colleges in the recruiting process that highlights our clients skill sets academically and athletically.

5. Highlight Video
Each client will provide a short 2 minute maximum highlight video of them in game situations demonstrating:
Offense Skills
* Finishing at the rim
* Shooting mid-range and threes
* Passing
Defensive Skills
* Rebounding
* Rotating/help
* On ball pressure
